Hello Peter

Thank You so much for looking at the census for me I am very Grateful and yes that is the right person

I was hoping it was going to show James birthplace as Esher Surrey as I have a problem that has me very confused:-

I have been looking into this family and have found James listed as being born in Marylebone and Esher Surrey so I  tried to look into his birth so I could find his parents and these were the nearest matches I could find I found a James William Blatch c. 1823 St Olave London and a James Edgar Blatch c. 1823 Esher Surrey both being born to a Thomas William Blatch & Ann which has totally confused me

(William is a common name in my tree it passes through every generation could the James Edgar of just called himself James William in the census after his father)

What I'm trying to do is get a link to parentage for James but I've confused myself and don't know where to look next maybe it's a simple answer but I just can't see it

Any idea's what would be the next logical step?

Any information is always helpful and gratefully received.

Regards

Ros

Hello Tracey

I have been researching the BLATCH family for some time and have quite a bit of information on them, particularly in London.

I would be very interested to see your family tree.

Hi

I had a look on Genes Reunited, but I wasn't sure which entries were yours, I think there were two Blatch records under a user called Tracy - was that you? If you let me know what your Tree Owner name is on Genes, I will be able to find you.

Thanks
